So why does everyone keep stressing the LTL surcharge rate.. there's a big difference between the LTL and the TL rate...

If u go to www.dylt.com/gwt_site/nationalfsc.pdf it will show u the LTL and the TL rates.. or do a search on the national fuel surcharge rate..
