Default How to get rid of black sediment in the fuel tank?

I recently noticed some black stuff at the bottom of the fuel tank. It looked like oil. I don't think I have any drain taps ... Does anyone know if you can buy some chemical that might clean this? It might be algae but I doubt it. The passenger side tank seems clean, it's only in the tank on the driver's side. I only saw it by accident as the sun was shining directly into the hole when I was fueling. Thanks.

The only way is to drain it, there should be a drain plug, otherwise you will have to siphon it when the tank is completely empty
