When all is said and done, I think we'll have a nationwide decline of maybe 5%.
The following looks like a 25% decline in prices, IF the gloom-sayers are right.

What 'follows' real estate?

Seems like most of us are in the 'denial' stage though I know one individual in the depression stage and one in the panic stage.

Oh well, we'll just have to wait it out.

Hey Floored, wasn't calling you weak or anything just talking about the guys who think there is a fortune to be made and go buy a dump truck with zero knowledge about the ind. We have alot of them down here, they get out a sheet of paper and say "OK thats $83.00 an hour X 8 hrs. X 5 days a week, my god I'm gonna be rich!" The slow times bleeds them out. The problem is it takes too long for them to go bye bye and then they sell the truck locally so its still here. Sounds like you did well on your truck, lots of trucks sitting and not selling now.
