CHR sued again
CHR sued again, guess thet think about as much about their employees as they do truck drivers. They don't care who they screw to make a dollar.
C.H. Robinson lawsuit clears hurdle - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal: "Last October, 14 current and former female employees of the Eden Prairie-based trucking company filed suit, charging that women were paid less than men in comparable positions, that women received no overtime, that few women were promoted to senior positions and that the company sexually harassed its female employees. A second lawsuit followed in November, filed by men who charged that the company had wrongly classified nearly all its sales force as "exempt employees," meaning that they were not eligible for overtime payments if they worked more than 40 hours a week" Last edited by Heavy Duty; 12-08-2009 at 04:56 PM. |
