What Bankruptcy normally means to trucking is that the fuel card doesn't work anymore, no longer able to incure dept ! If I would ever haul for a company that was in bankruptcy (not gona happen) I would say "Ok, I'll take the load but need a comcheck for the full amount before I leave. Let them fight it out with comcheck but I would have my $$$$

By the time you take out permits, escorts and fuel (Grossing 215,000 lbs I get just over 1 mpg) not that much left.
