It depends on what your contract says. If they say that they are forced dispatch, or something similar in the contract and you sign it then you are obligated to do what is in the agreement. I would not sign any contract that stated that I had to take any load offered. The carriers who usually have forced dispatch are the ones who pay mileage. I think most of the percentage carriers do not have forced dispatch.
