Long-time contractor rewards
Does the company you contract with have reward programs where the longer you stay the more benefits you're able to have? If so, what kind of benefits/rewards are available?

Diamond does. I cant remember off the top of my head what they were. But had something to do with lowering ins costs and increasing percentage with time you have been there.
