Default Marten L/P

Just wondering if there are any Marten L/P drivers here. I have people ask me about it and would like to give out honest and decent info, if I can.

Why the hell do you want to lease/purchase a truck?

I had heard that Martens L/P is a trac lease, which is different from other L/P's. With a trac lease you actually build equity in your truck. I didn't get all the details, But that much I know.

Then why would you inquire about it?

Well, read the original post. The answer is there.

Anyone that pays .90cpm is not worth looking into..
They don't pay 90 cpm. they pay on a graduated scale. Shorter runs pay more. I took the miles that I ran one quarter and figured what my average cpm would be IF I was an O/O or L/O....87cpm. I personally can't see how it's possible to make any money at it. Just thought someone could show me what I'm missing.

They have both for now.
