Well, I would say whatever you scan/send..be sure to enclose a picture of yourself. It's very important in this day and age to have only good looking people hauling freight. Wayyyy too many fat, hairy non-bathed people out there running the road these days. :lol:

Well I'm just saying. I wouldn't want my freight hauled by some nasty buck-toothed fella...err...sorry Steve lol. I guess that more or less applies to Household since a shipper doesn't want some nasty dirty person coming into their HOME and going through their things. :roll:

Other than filling out and faxing back the contract the broker sends you there are 3 other documents they will likely request: W9, MC authority, Insurance certificate for cargo and liability. (Most will require you have the insurance information sent directly from the insurance company)
