Filling out the form for your authority isn't all that time consuming. It can seem a bit overwhelming, but is really fairly simple. It sure beats paying a service several hundred dollars to do it.

I agree with GMAN. It doesn't take a lot of smarts to do it yourself and, in my opinion, when starting a business it's best to be involved in everything.

Look at it this way. If you can't work your way through the paperwork yourself, you can always hire someone to do it for you.
