Professional O/O's wanted
I am looking for PROFESSIONAL O/O's to help out with some seasonal work that I have starting in two months or less. It involves MANUAL LABOR, yes you have to unload the wagon. Product is on carts with wheels and trailers have lift gates. Pays all miles, loaded and empty and stop pay for all stops. If you like to work, I can keep you on and transition into full time work with other customers. I can either lease you on, or if you have your own authority, and don't want to lease on, I can work with you too. Must have minimum 2 years experience with clean MVR if leasing on. If running your own numbers, A Great CSA score is a must. If you are just a steering wheel holder, don't waste your time or mine. We are very particular with whom we work with.
Please email me if interested at [email protected] Thanks for your time

Yes. When that is finished, I have plenty of work to keep trucks busy. I doubt I find anyone for the work though, it is too much manual labor for most. Everything I do from the nursery stock to the construction materials are finger print loads. Just thought I would try the boards to see if I could find the right people for my operation.

Well, i guess if money is "right", that's shouldn't be a problem. About the same as a "drivers shortage". Nobody likes extra headache, w/o extra money. And that's should be a reasonable amount, cause you are not just fingerprinting, you are spending a lot of extra time.

[QUOTE=solo379;536512]It wasn't really hard.))
Since it is not hard, tell me since you know, what my rates are with nursery stock and what it is I transition into after. I did say it was nursery stock. I then said I could keep a few trucks busy year round if they wanted to stay on hauling, and I did say construction materials. I guess I don't get why you commented on the post. I do know why we as truckers, will always get new rules and regs broke off in our, well you know. I simply was offering work to those that may need it. If you are happy with what you are doing and don't need work, why are you even looking at posts that are looking for trucks. I am trying nothing more than to help those that may need it. I really don't care if anyone wants the work. I unlike most really care about this industry and hate to see it going down the path that it is......but hey all you super truckers got this. no worries. way to help each other out. my hats off to all of you. You may get admin to delete this post if you like, I really don't care as I see it was a mistake posting on this site. I really mean it when I say good luck to you all. Trucking is getting worse all because of the kind of people that are in our industry. We as an industry really do deserve what we get.

Wow! I must be hit the nerve!)) Relax! I have no idea what are you rates, or intentions are, just an opinion. If you don't want a feed back, don't post it on a public forum.
