Profit & Loss Statement

Does anyone have a profit & loss statement that they use geared to trucking? I have looked on the internet and found some for other buisnesses.

If you want the entire program Easy Trucking has a P & L attached to their program. I don't recall just the profit and loss statement being available by itself.
