They shouldn't ever see the light of day again.
I feel sorry for all those drivers.

And then, I hear people saying they want someone in the Oval Office with business experience? Which one would you like? Peilsticker, Mowry, or Moore? All three seem to be out of work at this point.

One thing that troubles me in their complaint is that apparently TAB wasn't checking submitted invoices prior to funding them. I don't do much factoring, but when I do they always check to make sure the paperwork is correct. I felt all along that Arrow had their capital cut. Otherwise, I don't think that they would have shut down operations so abruptly. Another allegation that got my attention is that TAB alleges that Arrow reprogrammed their computers to defraud them. Perhaps I just prefer to think the best of people, but I would still not be too quick to just these people. Just because a lawsuit has been filed and allegations made, doesn't necessarily mean that everything that is stated is correct. On the other hand, the facts could be exactly as stated. I will reserve judgment until the dust settles.
TAB may have filed this lawsuit in an attempt to either force Arrow into bankruptcy or as a preemptive strike to gain priority if they do file for bankruptcy. Whether their statements are true or not, Arrow employees have been caught in the middle. I feel for all of them.

I think most businessmen are honest. There will always be those who attempt to benefit themselves at the expense of others. I will still take a businessman over a lawyer any day. I assume all lawyers are dishonest until proven otherwise. I assume all businessmen are honest until proven otherwise.

If TAB's lawsuit is just half true, then those powers to be at Arrow are real scum bags.
I obvisouly can't say any of it's true, but it is kind of ironic that when I have spoken to Arrow drivers on the road, the common complaint/comment was that they couldn't understand why Arrow could be in such a financial bind when they would see the "head honchos" driving new expensive cars. If there in deed was some fraud going on, I hope all parties involved are prosecuted to the max!! I also hope that all the drivers and employies that were the "innocent bystanders" are compenseted as well. |
