I don't recall anything in the article about finding a job until this was settled. I think that he had his truck leased to another carrier, but due to the problem with the truck paperwork, he could not get a lease. When you lease to a carrier you need a copy of the title to accompany your lease. Since he didn't have a title in his name he could not complete the terms of the lease. At least that is what I gathered in reading the article.

He should be able to get a job as a company driver until the courts complete their business. He has secured a lawyer and filed charges. Since Arrow has filed cheaper 7 bankruptcy, nothing will be done for a while. The lien holder could file to have their property released. That doesn't necessarily mean that the court will go along with their request. I am not sure that anything will be done until they hear from all the creditors. It is a difficult situation.

 

There is no way to tell in advance what the court is likely to do. This is a very complicated case. I hope that he will find something soon.
