The only thing I know about 5 Hour Energy, my friend was mad because he bought one and soon got in the bunk, rolled over and went fast asleep
I noticed that people drink them like their soda and I don't get why. Their like benadryl in a can. Make you pass out!

Yeah, tell me there won't be long term health (mental health!) consequences of people loading up on sugar and caffeine like that just because it feels good (I really like the tart taste, though). When I drank the sugar ones, I could physically feel the high I was getting- I stopped smoking pot but not because it wasn't fun

I did FINALLY give up soda pop a couple of weeks ago. Disclaimer- I'm personally responsible for the world price of tea going up, though.

Ha ha, yeah I've pretty much kicked the soda habit I drink a couple a few times a week but most of the time water. All that caffeine and sugar isn't good at all. A very good way to get diabetes especially if it runs in the family!

Exactly, my mom was just recently diagnosed with diabetes about a year ago if not two years ago! So yeah I'm at high risk for it and I keep telling myself to eat healthier but I never do I'm still drinking soda and 8 cups of sugar in my tea.

and of course the plant broke down Friday night, so instead of having my tank loaded first thing this morning, it will be this afternoon. the only good thing is the tank is already there, so I can stay home until it's ready .

Cool.

Pardon for the derail:

Guess who got to practice double clutching this weekend?

H and double horse shoe combinations

It even included one on one instruction. 8)

We aren't to log booking but I'm am sure when we get there it will be a very very "creative" subject.
