What advice would you give your younger driver self? Two drivers weigh in.

This is a broad question. There is no one size fits all. We all have different goals. One thing I would add that I don't understand why a lot of our drivers don't do, is take advantage that you can see the country. When I was on the road, I would rent a car and go sightseeing. I would hang myself if I lived in the North West due to the weather but one of my greatest memories was climbing Multnomah Falls. That is a memory I'll never forget. Also going into the mines in Colorado Springs and seeing how they use to work was something else.

My biggest regret travel wise was not seeing Mount Rushmore but I was under a load and didn't want to park the truck and go sightseeing. I called to see if I could go down with the truck and they said no. So in short see the country.
