We have a Tri axle Mack tractor and a tri axle Talbert lowboy and with all my chains and binders and a full tank of fuel it scales out at 44,700lbs.

A guy I knew back when I did HHG had a tractor trailer combo that came in around 54,000 lbs. I've posted pics of the gigantic sleeper he had on it before.

We have an ancient extendable spread-axle roll-off trailer and it is around 52,000 total behind a Freightliner Columbia.

That's nothing compared to the rig run by this oversize guy I talked to the other day. It was a Tridem drive wide-hood T-800 hooked up to a massive multiple front and rear jeep bridge-type oversize trailer. It probably had twenty axles and he said the combo was about 160,000lbs - EMPTY.
