Well......It looks like I am back in a truck....
Dammit I can not seem to stay away from this trucking crap.

May Trucking is the trucking company of choice. In the morning I am going down to the Phoenix terminal to get my truck.

The fianc?' is going to ride with me for a bit and then she might get her CDL and team with me. I guess time will tell.

Goin Fer It, I talked with your husband today. He said it took them about 2 hours to figure out that the trailer number did not match what the bills said. OOPS. Hope that does not happen often.

I am in the process of setting up a website. i will use it kinda like a blog. It will have a journal and pictures section. Please stop by and let me know what you think. www.slowlaneparadise.com.
One the website I go by the name Birdman, its my so called handle/nickname from my paint-ball days. I rarely turn the CB on so its not really a handle.

Yoopr, I distinctly remember you telling me I would be back. Let me just say.... I HATE YOU.
PS, I hope this company driver stuff works out for a bit. I am not sure I want to buy another truck right now.
For those that care or know my background.... I put the family owned construction company stuff on hold. My parents are still going to be milking that cow for a bit. Once they are done with it then I might step in.

OVER THE ROAD

Here is a public CONGRATULATIONS!! You are now out in the open! :P

I will be checking your site out and I hope that you will post on this thread also!

I asked my husband if you told him about his being a part of the safety training. Read your PM to him the other day he chuckled!

Also I am glad that you have been treated well also there.

When you are down in Phoenix ask for the driver recap sheet and fill it out.
You will be able to see your current check on line. Hubby needs to fill one out because we do not get our statements until Monday or Tuesday and we have no idea what hit the check. It will be nice to just go on line and see.

I will check into the online recap stuff. I have not told your husband about the safety guys comments but I will when I talk to him tomorrow.

I plan to update as much as possible. I will definitely stick around Classadrivers.com and this thread.

Awesome! I signed into your board as Miraclerose! That way I do not have to keep putting going fer it's wife!

Right after I did that my son comes in and says "mom can you me with my geometry? "

I had to get online and order the teachers edition which won't be here for 3-6 days! Luckily he only needed help with two questions! I don't know that I was much help.

I like to correct the homework and without the teachers edition I am sunk in geometry!

I can't wait to see some pictures up on your board soon!

Wow! I am surprised you were the only one there. I guess your special!

More than likely you will only be ten days like BigA . They did not even keep my husband out with his trainer for a month and he was a newbie. If you follow the thread actual driving time for him with the trainer was maybe two and a half weeks.

Are the people nice in the Utah office?

How is the room? I heard in Arizona it was a motel 8. It did not sound as nice as the hotel they put my husband up in Brooks.

Let us know how things go tomorrow!
Take Care

I explained to him that I have already trained with swift and Hope that we can do it quickly so I can solo.
