Default Fuel Tank Problem REVISITED!!!!!!!!!

Truck: 2005 KW T2000 Company Truck
twin 120 tanks
Company requires us to use fuel additive because they use a "special" oil in the engine (company pays for the additive)

Problem: Right passenger side tank is not working right. The driver side tank will go down to almost nothing but the right tank will only go half way empty and no more fuel will be pumped into the engine.

I have take this truck into my company shop MANY times only to get ridiculed. This happens every time I fuel. I am now down to adding more and more additive to that right tank to see if that might clear a possible "clog" in the line. I've been doing that for about 2.5 weeks.
Also the gauge in the cab monitors both tanks until it reaches half empty and than switches to only monitoring the drivers side tank. its the wierdest thing.

My thoughts: i think there must be a broken hose or something in tank not picking up the fuel.

what are your suggestions??

UPDATE
Today i went to the company shop and told them that the tanks were acting up. The head mechanic said that this was due to the roads not being "level". I KNOW this guy is F**KING CLUELESS about trucks but the roads not being level has NOTHING to do with how the fuel is not being pumped correctly. I went to my KW dealer and he said that the only way that would is if you parked on an unleveled surface...

What else can i do????

sounds like a bad pick up with your right tank or your cross-over line is either turned off or plugged but your Maintenance shop should have caught that.

this is a SMALL company. only 3 people in the shop and i don't think any of them have any sort of certification in diesel mechanics

Newer trucks don't have a crossover line, there's some type of valve on the return, and it's only returning to one side.

It could also be a venting problem, thru the cap on a K.W. I think.

Petes are famous for the vent hose iceing off and doing the same thing.

KW has a vent on top of the tank under the sleeper, clogs easily too, check that or like allan said its not returning to the tanks equally.

Maybe the pickup tube fell off. I've replaced several with that problem. But it was on the side of the road with a dumpy truck with only 1 tank
