Drop and hook at the shipper, live unloads by appointments, and backhauls to CA. Drivers must have East Coast to West Coast experience.> 

Responsibilities:> 

>

Team driving position for transporting from Carson, CA > 

>

Drop and hook at shipper; live unload at destination> 

>

Run routes to Carlisle, PA, Northampton, PA, Lebanon, TN, Austin, TX and Clayton, IN> 

>

Backhaul to CA and repeat the process> 

>

Must be willing to team> 

Schedule:> 

>

4 weeks out on the road, 7 days home-time> 

Compensation & Benefits:> 

>

Guaranteed weekly 5000 miles with $1,800 per driver, W2 pay structure. > 

>

80CPM after 5500 miles> 

>

Direct deposit every Friday> 

>

Mileage varies between 5,000 to 6,200 miles per week> 

Minimum Hiring Requirements:> 

>

Must have 18 months of CDL experience with 1 year of OTR experience> 

>

Valid CDL-A license > 

>

Must have East Coast to West Coast driving experience for one consistent 1 year.> 

>

Must be at least 23 years old> 

>

Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the last 5 years> 

>

Ability to chain tires when necessary> 

>

Must domicile in or 200 miles radius of Carson CA.> 

Equipment:> 

>

Late model Freightliners (2020-2024), Automatic Transmissions> 

Orientation:> 

>

Virtual orientation lasting 3-5 hours, following a completed drug test>
