Regional Truck Driver CDL A Tanker Driver

Due to continued growth we are searching for Regional Truck Driver CDL A Tanker Driver to live within 40 miles of Fontana, CA.
Compensation
- Hourly pay $39.26 per hour
- Typical work week is 40-60 hours
- Annual salary increased based on performance
- $50.00 per diem when overnight
- Bi-weekly paychecks
- Eligibility begins 1st of the month after 30 days employment

- 12 Paid Holidays per year
- Earn PTO (personal time off) per hours worked starting on first day of employment, up to 16 days the first year. Annual PTO increases with tenure.

Work Schedule
- Tuesday-Saturday; typically 1-4 overnights per week
- Start times vary between 4am-5am, depending on routes
- No slip-seating; you are assigned your own sleeper.
- Make 1-2 stops per day
- Must be flexible with work schedule and route assignments.
Responsibilities
- Delivering and unloading water treatment chemicals using a tanker
- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on trucks and/or equipment
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with tanker, hazmat and air brakes endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL A driving experience.
- Must have tanker and hazmat endorsement.
- Tanker experience is preferred
- Experience hauling hazmat chemicals preferred.
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S..
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds with no assistance.
