Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dry van, touch freight to various Dollar Tree locations.
• Perform manual unloading using rollers.
• Provide excellent customer service to store staff.
• Work alongside a seasoned Dollar Tree driver during your first runs.
• Report directly to Warrensburg, MO after orientation for training.

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Weekly: 80% of the time, home on weekends.
• Early Morning Start: You’ll begin early in the day to complete multiple store deliveries.

Compensation Details:

• Unload Pay: $240
• Stop Pay: $25
• Backhaul Pay: $50
• Mileage Pay:Based on verified experience:
• 0-6 months: $0.70/mile
• 6-12 months: $0.71/mile
• 12-18 months: $0.72/mile
  (Rates increase up to $0.80/mile for drivers with 96+ months of experience)

Requirements:

• Experience Required: Minimum of 6 months
• Hiring Areas: From Kansas City, MO to St. Louis, MO; Omaha, NE to Cedar Rapids, IA (and areas in between)
• Freight Type: 100% Touch Freight (Dry Van)

Orientation Requirements:
