Key Benefits:

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset, typically starting Saturday afternoon and ending Monday morning.
• Pay Package: Run an average of 1,550 miles and 3 loads per week to earn approximately $1,150 per week, with top earners making up to $60K annually.
• Additional Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding the first and last stops).
• Tenured Support: Our experienced operations team is always here to back you up on the road.

Job Highlights:

• Freight: Dry van and reefer no-touch freight with 50% live load/unload at MDI customers.
• Routes: Deliver to multiple vendors, DCs, and store locations in NC, SC, GA, TN, PA, WV, VA, OH.
• Schedule: Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays, with 3-5 stops per day. Deliveries often start in the early morning.
• Equipment: Drive a modern fleet of Internationals, Freightliners, Kenworths, and Volvos. Trucks must be parked at the DC; personal transportation is required.

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 3 months of exp, solo after trucking school, to qualify as a company drivers
• Hiring Area: Within 100 miles of Hickory, NC

• Vacation time?
  • After 1 year, you'll receive 1 week of paid vacation 
  • After 3 years, you'll get 2 weeks

  • After 10 years, you'll accrue 4 weeks of paid vacation annually
• Drivers must have personal transportation to and from the DC weekly.

Compensation & Experience Requirements:

• Pay Scale Based on Experience:
  • Less than 1 year: $0.63/mile
  • 1 year: $0.64/mile
  • 2 years: $0.65/mile
  • 4+ years: $0.66/mile
