Van Company Driver Compensation:

• Average company driver pay is 75 CPM
• Company van drivers start at 50-52 CPM based on experience

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class-A CDL drivers license with at least 6 months verifiable OTR experience
• Must meet DOT requirements
• Must have a stable, verifiable work history and acceptable driving record
