Job Overview: As an Ecolab CDL-A driver, you will haul industrial cleaning supplies from Martinsburg, WV to various customer locations across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southern regions. This regional role ensures you're home weekly, offering a balance of road time and time with family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport loads to customer locations in NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA, upstate NY, MA, OH, IN, NC, IL, and GA.
• Assist with load/unload on rare occasions, primarily with smaller "mom & pop" stores.
• Haul placarded shipments from Martinsburg, WV.
• Hiring Area: Within a 200-mile radius of Martinsburg, WV.

Pay Structure:

• Entry Rate: $0.70 CPM.
• After 1 Year of Employment: $0.71 CPM.
• Weekly Minimum: $1,250.
• Weekly Average Pay: $1,342.
• Accessorial Pay:
  • $25 per extra stop after the first stop.
  • Additional $0.02 per mile for hitting 2,000 miles weekly.
• Bonuses:
  • New Hire Transition Bonus: $500, paid in full on the second paycheck.
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000 ($1,000 paid on second paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days).

Miles:

• Fleet Average: 1,476 miles per week.
• Top Average: 2,386 miles per week.

Schedule:

• Flexible start times, typically Monday mornings (or Sunday if required), with weekly home time.
• Drivers are usually home by Friday evening unless they choose to stay out longer.
• Home Time:
• Guaranteed weekly home time.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Willingness to run all lanes, including NJ and MA.
• Endorsements: Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Hiring Area: Within a 200-mile radius of Martinsburg, WV.

Freight Type:

• Occasional driver assist for load/unload.
• 100% placarded shipments from Martinsburg.
