PRIME Inc. Driver Associates earn bonuses for on-time service and safety during a rolling 13-week period. These bonuses are based on the mileage shown on the trip documents that a Driver Associate must submit each week within 5 days of completing a trip. The service bonus follows the lead seat of a truck. In order to qualify for the service bonus a driver must have had no driver-related service failures in the previous 13 weeks. For the safety bonus a driver must have had no driver-preventable accidents and no
