Epes Transport announced a new pay package effective March 1 2004.

Starting pay will be based on years of experience.

1-2 yrs .32
3 yrs .33
4 yrs .34
5 yrs .35

On anniversary date pay will increase by 1 cent until top pay of 37 cents per mile.

New Team Pay Scale

1-2yrs exp .38
3 yrs – .39
4 yrs – .40
5 yrs – .41

On anniversary date pay will increase by 1 cent until top pay of 43 cents per mile. Teams split.

Safety Bonus of 1 cent per mile will be paid quarterly.
