Kelley M. out of Pembroke KY was selected by J & R Schugel as our March Driver of the Month! Her fleet manager Larry says Kelley is always on time. She takes cares of equipment and is always a pleasure to work with. Kelley says the best thing about working at J & R is the money and the traveling. Kelley says I have a great dispatcher too. Larry treats his drivers with honesty and respect. She adds I am set. I have a home here at J & R. On Kelley?s down time she spends time with her family and her 12yr old son back in Kentucky. When she’s at home she likes to read and hang with the family. Kelley works in the dry van division for J & R. Congrats Kelley and keep up the great work!

All company owned tractors now must be serviced every 30000 miles. These services can be done at all three of our shops in OH MN or GA. Drivers may get this service done up to 2500 miles early. We want to keep our trucks running smoothly and keep our drivers happy out on the road!

Current drivers who refer a new driver to us receive a $200.00 referral bonus as a Thank You from J & R for helping us out while you?re on the road. The driver they refer must mention the current drivers name or truck number for it to apply and after the driver takes out his first load our current driver is rewarded.
