The new package includes raises in per-mile pay for company drivers as well as increases in stop off orientation and safety bonus pay. This raise also includes a 1cpm raise every year until drivers reach top pay. The new pay program is designed to aggressively address new Hours of Service regulations and is a reflection of the company?s continued commitment to drivers.

The pay increase has affected current drivers positively and opened new financial doors for many new drivers joining PFT & CX Roberson. Company drivers can earn up to $55000 in their first year of service. Drivers with more than 7 yrs of experience will start at 36 cpm for both PFT-Roberson Flatbed and CX-Roberson Van.
In addition the company?s orientation pay has jumped to $500 and stop-off pay has risen to $35/stop. Other increases include increases in Tarp Pay of $15/load for PFT flatbed and a 1cpm yearly raise until driver reaches top pay.
