Hill Brothers Announces Driver Wage Increase

Hill Brothers Transportation Inc. has announced a wage increase to take effect on January 1 2005 for both company drivers and owner/operators. This pay increase will be seen in several areas of a driver?s earnings.

For company drivers at Hill Brothers January 1st will see the current Safety Bonus and Fuel Bonus programs double from the current program amounts. In addition the company is adding a mileage bonus to reward drivers who run over 34500 miles each quarter.

?Our new wage package will increase the annual earnings for the safe dependable drivers in our fleet by more than $3300 per year? stated Jolene Jankowski Director of Safety. ?We want to reward the fleet for all their hard work in 2004 and want them to share our success in 2005.?

Owner Operators at Hill Brothers will also prosper by the new wage increase. The mileage rate for all trips will be increased by $.01starting January 1st and the Safety Bonus has been doubled.

Our owner operators should be able to add more than $3000 to the bottom line in 2005.
