This new package which includes several exciting changes across the entire pay scale is just one way KLLM hopes to communicate to its drivers that their voices were heard and their concerns were taken to heart.
Under KLLM’s new plan a company driver can expect a generous starting pay of $.34 per mile and teams can expect to start out at up to $.51 per mile. Owner operators will also benefit from the changes and can expect to bring in $.92 per mile plus paid reefer fuel.
Aside from the incredible increases in pay rates KLLM has a few other incentives that will help give drivers even more of an opportunity for success: tuition reimbursement for training school

graduates a $1000 referral bonus a quarterly productivity bonus currently paid out to an average of 38% of KLLM’s drivers plus all the other great benefits that have been a staple of their package to provide for their drivers.
With the increase in freight as the summer months approach drivers expressed their thoughts on pay within the company. KLLM listened to their opinions and with this new pay package has taken action to ease any worries or concerns.
