Innovative Benefit and Incentive Structure Designed to Enhance Driver Pay and Comfort 

MEMPHIS Tenn. — May 15 2007 — Con-way Truckload a full-truckload carrier and subsidiary of Con-way Inc. (NYSE: CNW) today announced new and innovative pay structures and programs aimed at attracting qualified team drivers to its modern efficient fleet. The new package was unveiled to current Con-way drivers during the first quarter.

  • Annual Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) — a company-wide reward of up to seven percent of annual pay for eligible drivers if the company meets its financial goals
