Owner Operator Van Drivers:  The I-5 Lane Washington to California $1.00 per mile plus fuel surcharge. Increases are also in effect for runs from Michigan Wisconsin North Dakota Illinois and Ohio.
 Owner Operator Flatbed Drivers:  Michigan to Texas $1.05 per mile plus fuel surcharge.
