Miller Transporters has been awarded the Quest for Quality Award from Logistics Management Magazine for the fifteenth year! This is truly a big deal in that this is an opinion poll of the readers of Logistics Management Magazine many of which are our customers. The five areas of measurement that data is gathered on are: On-time Performance Value Customer Service Information Technology and Equipment & Operations. Out of the seven Bulk Carriers that received this award only one had a better score than us and that was by a very small margin. Congratulations to all for a job well done! |
