CB Slang! All you need to know!

If I don't know what you are saying, I'll ask you to please repeat, or claim you were stepped on, or just nod my head, and pretend I copy. :?
We've discontinued by command to leave all the undercover superspy 10-code speak on emergency radios in my county. Over the years we also started sounding more like a CB channel, and I enjoyed the hidden banter it gave us. We couldn't cross the line though. It now basically only remains a colorful expression which is and always will be a wonderful part of the "trucking world." I enjoy trucker speak, as well as speaking plainly. I do find myself talking more like a redneck after a while with out any deliberation. So, I guess it frees the "real inner me." back atcha!

...although there are some jerks on the radio I have heard some of the funniest things said on it...I don't drive without it...and to know something is sitting in the middle (or on the side) of the road around the next bend is very good to know...
