Heartlands north east regional

any info on heartlands north east regional out of carlisle, pa. is driving the north east that bad!

don't think the northeast is all bad.
ya won't get as many miles cuz of traffic and such
Sometimes you get a higher cpm to drive there
can't speak for or against that company
