Default National Carriers, Perkins Specialized

Can someone give me the pro's and con's of both carriers? I've heard the "Elite Fleet" has always been a good outfit.

National Carriers hauls beef. They do a lot of sitting at grocery warehouses, and packing houses. I've heard they run all 48, but the drivers that I talked to in the past told me they just mainly run in the south central states. I see a lot of their trucks in my area (north west Texas).
